2. Accuracy of Information

While our AI models are highly advanced, nature is diverse. FishIQ does not guarantee 100% accuracy. You should never rely solely on this app to determine if a fish is safe to handle, consume, or keep under local fishing regulations. Always cross-reference with official local wildlife guidelines.

3. Safety and Legality

Users are responsible for:

• Complying with all local fishing laws, seasons, and catch limits.

• Ensuring their own safety while near bodies of water.

• Handling fish in a humane and legal manner.

4. Intellectual Property

The app’s design, code, and original content are the exclusive property of FishIQ. You may not decompile, reverse engineer, or attempt to extract the source code of the app.

5. Subscription and Payments

If you opt for a premium subscription:

• Payments will be charged to your App Store/Google Play account.

• Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled 24 hours before the end of the current period.

6. Limitation of Liability

FishIQ is provided "as is." We are not liable for any damages resulting from the use of the app, including but not limited to identification errors, fines from local authorities, or personal injury.
